Information We Collect

The app is designed for private exam study. Practice progress, selected answers, saved questions, wrong-answer status, onboarding state, and language preference may be stored locally on your device.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not sell personal information.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to help verify purchase status, restore purchases, and manage Pro Access entitlement access. RevenueCat and Apple may process purchase identifiers, product identifiers, transaction status, device-related data, and other information needed to provide and validate in-app purchases.

Support Emails

If you email support, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include. We use that information only to respond to your request and maintain support records.

Website Hosting

This website is hosted with Firebase Hosting. Firebase may process technical request data, such as IP address, browser information, and request logs, to deliver and protect the site.

Study Content and Official Sources

The app may link to public KORCHAM and Q-Net pages for reference. Opening those links may take you to third-party websites governed by their own privacy policies.

Children

The app is intended for certification exam study and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through support contact, email us so we can delete it.

Data Retention and Deletion

Local study progress remains on your device until you reset it in the app or delete the app. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably needed for support and recordkeeping.

This app is not an official app of KORCHAM, Q-Net, or any exam operator, and it is not endorsed by those organizations.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date above will be updated when we make material changes.
